Solution:

  • Check MS Internet Explorer’s connection to: www.FXCM.com and www.DailyFX.com
  • Reset computer and internet connection by powering both the computer and modem off then back on.
  • Check the connection URL in the Trade station:
    • At the Login screen of the Trade Station, click SETTINGS
    • Highlight the connection (Real or Demo)
    • Click EDIT
    • Verify and change if necessary:
    • URL: http://www.fxcorporate.com
    • Use secure connection is NOT checked
