Solution:
- Check MS Internet Explorer’s connection to: www.FXCM.com and www.DailyFX.com
- Reset computer and internet connection by powering both the computer and modem off then back on.
- Check the connection URL in the Trade station:
- At the Login screen of the Trade Station, click SETTINGS
- Highlight the connection (Real or Demo)
- Click EDIT
- Verify and change if necessary:
- URL: http://www.fxcorporate.com
- Use secure connection is NOT checked
